Our farm Our farm is about 11 hectares and is one of the last small in the Chianti area.
Grapes and olives are the two important elements of our farm.
We have about 5 hectares of vineyards, woods and 800 olive trees.
Our wine production is an old family tradition which has been passed down from father to son for more than 4 generations.
All phases of wine production from viniculture to bottling is carried out by Fabio with particular care and attention.
We use the old traditional CHIANTI method of winemaking, regulated by the Tuscan wine governing body (from the drying of grapes to the second fermentation) we follow traditional natural methods.
Our wine is natural because we chose to do few treatments to the grapes and leave the vineyards as natural as possible, limiting very much processings.
You can taste all types of wines of various vintages directly in our wine cellars , white, red (aged in oak,) rosè, vin santo ...and at the same time you have all your wine queries answered by Fabio
Many wine experts have proposed us, given the quality and authenticity of our products, to enter the world of marketing and global trade; take brands and certifications to make our labels more appealing and much more sellable ... in short focus now on the "form".
We thought a lot about this. . . but at the moment we prefer to continue as we always have , that is being only on the "substance", we prefer to make a quality wine that is appreciated only and simply for what it is.

It 'a bit our way of seeing things and we like that also reflects in the products we make. . . and we are happy that most of our guests and customers appreciate our choice.
So, in conclusion, you will not find in our cellar beautiful labels with brands and certification and even some nice boxes for gift packaging, but only wine, . . . healthy, natural and above all very good wine !!
Also as regarding the EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL we produce, we follow the same methods of wines.
The stages of pruning and harvesting are treated and made directly by Fabio and no treatment is done to olive trees now for over thirty years.
The result is a healthy and genuine product that is different from year to year only due to the weather conditions.
